Carbon steel, two compartment ribbon blender formerly used to make chocolate. Unit is jacketed and has a solid top with a 24 inch x 24 inch loading hatch and hinged lid for each compartment. 10 HP, 230/460 V, 1725 RPM, 3 ph motor with Falk Model 315J, 68.28:1 gear reducer and chain drive to shaft. Shaft is 4 inch dia. at ends, 6 inches through vessel. Each compartment has a 4 inch flanged discharge. Outboard bearings and seals. Vessel is 6 1/2 ft. wide and 20 ft. long. OAD: 108 inches H x 293 inches L x 82 inches W. approximately 5,000 gallon working capacity.
